Kylie Charlton co-founded Australian Impact Investments in 2014 to help pioneer Australia’s impact investing sector.
With more than 20 years’ experience working at the intersection of impact and finance, she has played a key role in shaping the impact investing industry nationally and globally. Kylie was instrumental in launching Australia’s first social impact bonds, the Social Enterprise Development and Investment Funds, and Giant Leap Fund I.
She also serves on investment committees for Betashares Ethical Series, Australian Development Investments and more. In 2008, she also co-founded Unitus Capital to support impact ventures in India.
Kylie has been recognised among AFR’s 100 Women of Influence (2018) and received multiple Australian Impact Investing Awards for her contribution to the sector.
