Reconciliation Action Plan
Our commitment to reconciliation
Alberts is committed to championing diversity, equity and inclusion, and to advancing reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Endorsed by Reconciliation Australia in December 2025, our first Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) furthers our family business’s ongoing desire to partner with, learn from and support First Nations peoples, grounded in deep respect for their enduring wisdom, histories, cultures and creativity.
Guided by our purpose to pioneer a vibrant and sustainable future, and in the knowledge that greater diversity powers business success and a fairer society, we believe that building a more united and equitable Australia requires recognising, celebrating and giving voice to Australia’s rich First Nations heritage.
Building on partnerships nurtured since 2012 through The Tony Foundation – supporting positive life outcomes for young Australians through music, with a focus on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth – this RAP provides a framework for continued action, accountability and positive social impact.
