Tracey brings 40 years of Fixed Income, Credit and Cash investment experience to Alberts. She also brings many years of curiosity and connection, strategic thinking, respected leadership, a commitment to advancing Responsible Investment in Fixed Income and promoting diversity in teams. She is an experienced senior investor, has deep not for profit and profit to member experience, is a collaborative consensus builder, and an acknowledged cross team contributor and cultural leader. Prior to working with Alberts, Tracey was Head of Fixed Income, Credit and Cash at Rest and was responsible for Asset Class and portfolio construction, people leadership, and the aggregate investment outcomes of the Rest Fixed Income, Credit and Cash asset classes. Central to this role has been her view that investment beliefs that are shared across the wider team, grounded in theory, executed with trust, and fully aligned in contributing to the best financial outcome to the member creates a great working environment and allows purpose in your work to shine. Tracey joined Rest in 2005. Prior to joining Rest Tracey worked for the Treasury Corporation of Victoria (TCV) managing their Treasury Client Services. Before working at TCV Tracey held various portfolio management and investment positions at ANZ Funds Management including Senior Money Market Manager. Tracey has a Bachelor of Arts degree from La Trobe University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
