In the spirit of healthy mindful habits to get us all through lockdown as a community – the Alberts team wanted to share what we’re reading and how we’re looking after our minds in these times.  Whilst most of the Eastern seaboard fights the Delta variant through staying isolated – it’s important to look after our minds and bodies to keep healthy. We felt it was time to share some positive vibes to break the newsflow from the press.

The voices in our head can have great benefits but can also lead us down a rabbit hole of negative self talk and rumination

Sculpting with clay – the kids and I were gifted an enormous block of clay which has been the source of many different creations and hours of fun!

Walking on the coast with buddies – keeping me sane through connection with friends and keeping the awe and wonder high watching the migrating whales. Very lucky to have this within my 5km radius!
